This is a known problem with the driver... It will support cards formatted with FAT32 (your 4gb), but not FAT16 (your 2gb)

AT FIRST .....WHERE CAN I GET THE 4G CARD ??? HOW MUCH?? AND WHERE THE CAB TO WORK WITH MY PHONE....

Now after full hard reset and HTC sdhc.cab (driver) G500 can see bouth - Minisd2g and MiniSDHC4g (Transcend).

Thanks for the tip: I use a 4G card now also.
How to perform a hard reset: pressing the soft reset button together with the on/of button doesn't work with me :blink:

What's up, guys? I'm looking to purchase a 4GB minisd card for my G500. I'd like to know if I can format my old 2GB sandisk card (fat16 to fat32), cause I already know I'll need to use a different driver to get my G500 to support a 4GB card (and this driver doesn't seem to like fat16 file system, ergo the 2GB card will no longer be recognized - a full hard reset is not exactly my idea to get them to work, but I'd prefer to know if the formatting can be done for the 2GB card).

So, what brand should I get? Right now at amazon I can see there's a Trascend for 21USD, a Kingston for 17USD, and a few offers on Sandisk, but with different prices (one's as high as 69 bucks, which seems weird).

I'm finally getting the Trascend, after getting Olegve's confirmation that the card works just fine. :D

I installed Kozhura's WM6.1 rom for G500 ( http://forum.xda-dev...ad.php?t=400959 ), and it takes sdhc cards (without installing the driver). Mine is a Trascend 4GB, and it was recognized no sooner had I placed it in the device.
